Jonathan Mednick

Jonathan Mednick has been a real estate investor since 2002 and is recognized as one of South Florida’s leading investors. He has acquired, wholesaled, renovated and sold over 200 houses and is a nationwide consultant to buyers and sellers of REO real estate opportunities. 

Mr. Mednick has a strong personal network in the financial community, with established relationships and a vast alliance of financial associates; investment bankers, security attorneys, hedge funds, emerging growth, institutional and direct equity funds, and high net-worth individuals.

Previous to real estate investing, Mr. Mednick had worked in the technology field for an IBM business partner as a Senior Technology Manager in Boca Raton, FL; Arthur Andersen, as a manager of their Advance Technology Group in Miami, FL;  Senior Manager for a large system integrator based out of Portland, OR and several startup dot com organizations.
